Muzz VS The Dinosaur!

goin' home...
Went to Jurong JC carnival on Saturday,called Love Fiesta! aha met Sue at Boon Lay first..and set off..reached dere around 2pm..
Finally met Muzz and FizahK! There were REALLY alot of people at d carnival.. had pretty good fun dere..Bought pancakes and honey at FizahC's stall..yummy. Then bought chicken rice at Muzz's stall..(Muzz i dun eat timun okies?haha) and den went to eat first at the concourse area..
FizahK and Muzz sat there too and had a great funny chat..
After that,went on too "explore" JJC..haha went to d grandstand..d rides..d "garden"..and went off to buy more foodstuffs..Roti John from Dini's stall and at last the Brownies from FizahK's stall..ah used up all my coupons on food..but worth it..
was really great fun meeting them,and really appreciate the time..
went jogging in the evening with Salina from our neighbourhood all the way to Khatib Bongsu Park..was a pretty nice,tranquil place although there were quite a number of people there; families,couples,children,cyclists..It's a nice place overall..But,there's more..
We went on a pretty interesting little adventure of our own..While walking along the path to see how far the track goes,we chanced upon a small road.Being curious as we are,we continued to walk down that small road.Peculiarly,many cars kept passing by this road,which we thought went into the thick Sembawang-Mandai Jungle..Where did all these cars come from? As we walked down that road,we felt like we went back through time..we saw all abandoned huts and houses,kampung-like buildings,even an old ticketing counter!It was like the kind of scene u see out of a history textbook or an old picture,of a 70's kampung road..There were BIG HUGE trees with vines,and tall lalang and even old electric poles...One side of the road was government land owned by AVA,the other side was a reflection on the past.When we reached the end,it turned out the road led to the main road in Sembawang....We felt kinda satisfied knowing that..haha
We went back to the park and enjoyed more of the wind and scenery,and jogged back to civilization.A great evening.
